School is officially back in session! UL started school on the 20th, but the first week is a bunch of rules, regulations, and money spending on books. This past week, I have felt the reality of it. I was thinking about it this week; after this semester marks 3 years in college for me. Gosh! It feels like eternity :) I think I probably have another 2 to 2 and half years left since I only take 12 hours a semester. So I decided, to quit thinking about it. Just enjoy it while it's here. Cause I truly doubt I will ever go back! (yes) It's been good though, can't complain. I have truly learned alot. I apologize ahead of time if I speak to you in Spanish- I am in the mode. This is my first semester taking it and I have to take it a total of 3 semesters. So I might get confused on speaking English or Spanish. Just say Si. This past friday I had to give an oral presentation on what I do for a living, my teacher is an atheist. YEAH FUN FUN!! I was "fishing" during my entire speech. I talked about our church and how much I love it. We had to share with the class one event that has really had an impact on our lives. I told them how we opened our doors as a shelter during hurricane Katrina for thousands of people. I shared with them how awesome it felt to serve people that day. The class really responded well. As of right now, I'm still in the class; so apparently the teacher didn't get mad enough to kick me out :) It's all good though. Well, I'm signing out. Saturday here we come- OPELOUSAS BABY!!!! I am exhausted we have been working at the church today setting up since this morning, but no complaining, it's for HIM!
