1. You have 50 different things to do on a saturday afternoon, but all of it can wait for THIS!
2. You support UL even when the loose all the time
3. You get there early to get the free "student t-shirts"
4. You think the UL band is awesome, even though there are bigger and better bands.




5. You know before you go to the game that the forecast looks bad.




6. It decides to poor down raining, and your cover is the canopy over the restroom.


Jenny, Barry, and my Dad- are wet not because of rain, but from the sun shining on the black wall (we couldn't move because it was our shelter for a while)!




7. Last but not least, there are 3 different delay times during the game because of Lightning, but you still stay.

p.s. IT WAS ALL WORTH IT! THEY WON 48-7 GO UL :)

Fish Tilapi, you talk about Awesome!


This week our men staff pastors are in Texas for a leadership conference. Which means, Mrs. Shelley, Tandi, Andre, Jasin, Mrs. Tessy and I are the only ones in the office. Now, before you get to any conclusions, we WORKED hard this week. Since most of the guys are out, I was able to get alot of stuff done. You know cause I wasn't getting in trouble. haha (j/k) Seriously, we did miss them, but we had our own little fun around here with "the ladies." Pastor Tessy took the girls out to eat on Tuesday to Zeas and Thursday to Zeus. YUM,,, YUM... Long lunches, while Pastor Shane is gone. haha (still love ya) It was a great week! Although, I am so happy that the guys could go away and get refreshed and encouraged. We ladies don't need that, we already got it ALL TOGETHER!...........yeah that's right :)
I'm sure the guys made many MEMORIES, that we will hear about when they come back!

p.s. I hope I don't get in trouble for posting "too much information/secrets"....

I have never had a digital camera before, yes I know I'm so deprived! I have borrowed peoples cameras so I could post on my blog, just for you. Aren't you special. Here is the great part about it. It's not from a garage sale, it's right out of the packaged box, and my MOM BOUGHT IT!!!! GO MOMMA. Not to brag or anything, but it's a Sony 6.0 megapixel. I don't know what all that means, but Tandi says that is good, so I'll take her word for it. YEAH I'M BRAGGING! I got it for my B-Day . Now, I do have to say a special thank you to the person who helped my mother buy it- Aunt Melissa-You prolly had something to do with picking out a GOOD one.
P.S. Oh almost forgot, thanks DAD! You always say, "I'm the one that pays the bills around here" So I guess that means, that mom just buys more things to sale, and she just keeps on repeating that process. ha

Wow! It's been that long since I've posted. I know, I realize that, however school has caused me to be away from the computer and close to the books. I'm taking a different approach to my studies this semester, which means MORE reading. I don't want to get behind and I know it will pay off in the end. I have done alot of things since August 22nd. So to keep you updated, here is the list. Some fun, and others not so much.

-Had my first Quiz and Test (This is in the fun category..lol)

-Played Tennis since the whole "incident" (Went to a different park, not gonna tell you so you don't send anybody to come and scare me j/k)

-Went to the movies and saw "Step Up"

-Bought 15 movies at Blockbuster (HUGE Labor Day Sale)

-Watched two of the movies so far

-Went on an investigative search for Ashlee's missing purse, We contacted the guy who found it and retrieved it. He actually was an investigator.

-Found a new place to workout instead of Scary Girard Park (Bourgeois Hall, yeah)

-Went to a family reunion on my Mom's side of the family. They had a bunch of food. I was literally on the "seafood diet".........ate crabs and shrimp.. yum, yum (jealous?) Although, it took us a ways to get there, since the sign didn't say "New Iberia/Delcambre" Well, it did, RUDY just missed it, I saw it! ha

-Last but not least, Watched LSU and UL. Of course, UL got stomped, but I support my School. Just like if the challengers were playing a good team, all of you would not pull for the other team just because their good, you would pull for the challengers. Well, same here. For all of you UL Alumni, represent! I understand if you pulled for LSU if you went to school there or lived in BR. Otherwise, you have no EXCUSE! GO UL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's my spill.

P.S. I'm an LSU fan, just as long as their not playing against the Ragin' Cajuns!
